Who we are
BriQs Group provides fractional CFO leadership with a complete finance department. We bring accounting, reporting, financial control and strategic support into one operating model, with AI and automation embedded in the work.

Meet the founder
Sanad Abuharb founded BriQs Group after more than ten years at Big Four accounting firms. His experience spans external audit, accounting and finance, internal controls, corporate governance and strategic business advisory across EMEA, the UK and the US.
He developed BriQs’ own methodology for startups and SMEs: the discipline of rigorous financial work, adapted to the pace and resources of a growing business, with AI and automation embedded in delivery.
His career includes senior roles across multiple regions and work involving financial reporting, IFRS and local GAAP, tax and business advisory across a range of industries and regulatory environments.
At BriQs Group, that experience informs a complete finance function, from daily accounting and tax coordination to CFO leadership, business structuring and strategic decisions. Controls, reporting and technology are designed together so the function can develop as the business grows.
His approach is straightforward: bring the right expertise, apply it with integrity, and deliver outcomes that are practical, scalable and built to last.

To give growing businesses a complete finance department led by a CFO: daily accounting, reliable reporting, financial control and strategic guidance, delivered by one team with AI and automation embedded in the work.
To make high-quality financial leadership and a well-run finance function accessible to startups and SMEs, through a delivery model that develops with their business and the decisions ahead.
The BriQs methodology
Daily reconciliations, documented accounting treatment and traceable records support the reporting and advice that follow.
Approval limits, responsibilities and review points fit the way the business operates, with clear ownership of exceptions.
The CFO and finance team work together. Weekly reviews connect analysis to actions, accountable people and due dates.
AI and automation carry repetitive work and support analysis. Finance professionals validate the information and exercise judgment.

Industries we work with
Trace the financial questions that matter in your industry, then inspect a detailed fictional example of the reporting behind the decisions.
Which channels produce contribution after returns, fulfilment and acquisition costs—and how much cash does the next stock order require?
Which projects are losing margin, what remains committed, and will collections fund the next phase of delivery?
Which clients and projects earn a sustainable margin once delivery time is included, and which cash balances are reserved for client spend?
Are the right grades doing the work, are fees recovering their cost, and where is completed work waiting to be billed or collected?
Is growth coming from acquisition or retention, how long does acquisition spend take to pay back, and what does that mean for runway?
Does additional usage improve contribution after model and infrastructure costs, and which pricing or provider decisions protect the margin?
Do recurring contracts cover the support capacity they consume, and how do implementation and resale commitments affect cash?
We also work with healthcare and consumer-health businesses, connecting service and product revenue, recurring billing, supplier costs and financial controls. Discuss your finance function ↗
