Privacy Policy
This notice explains how BriQs Group handles personal information connected with this website and initial business enquiries. Client finance work is covered by the relevant engagement and data-processing arrangements.

Who is responsible
BriQs Group OÜ is the controller for the business enquiries it receives. We are registered in Estonia under registry code 17142201, with registered address Tartu mnt 67/1-13b, Tallinn 10115, Estonia. Contact sanad@briqsgroup.com about this notice or your personal information.
Information you provide
If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we receive the contact information you use and any name, business details, message or attachments you provide. Email and phone links open your chosen application. Providing information is voluntary, but we need enough detail and a way to contact you to respond to an enquiry.
We use enquiry information to respond, understand your requirements, arrange a review and prepare a proposal. Our basis is our legitimate interest in communicating with prospective business clients. Where you personally request steps towards a contract with us, we also process information necessary for those steps. Legal obligations may require us to retain or disclose particular records.
Booking a meeting
Our booking buttons take you to the calendar embedded on our contact page. Opening that page loads Calendly’s scheduling service, which receives technical information such as your IP address and browser information. A direct Calendly link is also available if you prefer a separate tab or the embedded calendar does not load.
If you book, we receive the meeting details and the contact information you provide, such as your name and email address, so we can arrange and follow up on the conversation. We use that information for the enquiry and pre-contract purposes described above. Calendly processes scheduling information on our behalf and also processes information for its own website operations. Its privacy notice and applicable data processing terms explain those roles, international transfers and choices. Calendly provides its own cookie choices within the embedded calendar.
WhatsApp and external profiles
The WhatsApp link opens WhatsApp so you can choose whether to send a message. The LinkedIn link opens Sanad’s external profile. This website does not embed either service or automatically load their messaging or tracking widgets. When you use those services, their privacy notices and settings apply to processing on their platforms.
Communication and project access for an appointed client, including Slack Connect and ClickUp, are agreed separately as part of the working arrangement. Please use the agreed secure channel for detailed client finance records.
Website operation
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand visits and use of this website. If you also allow advertising measurement, we use campaign identifiers and booking-completion events to understand which advertising brings enquiries. Optional measurement is based on your consent. Personalised advertising and remarketing are not enabled by this website. We do not use website information to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
This version is hosted through OpenAI Sites. Hosting and access services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, request times and security events to deliver and protect the website. Platform processing is described in OpenAI's privacy and cookie notices, linked below. Our Cookie Policy explains the distinction between the website content and hosting services.
Optional analytics and advertising measurement
Before you allow website analytics, our website does not load its Google Analytics tag. If you allow it, Google receives technical and interaction information such as page visits, browser and device information, and booking-button or completed-booking events. If you allow advertising measurement, campaign and advertising-click identifiers may also be used. Choose Privacy choices on any page to accept, reject or change your choice. Refusing optional measurement does not prevent you from reading the website or booking a meeting.
We do not send your name, email address, phone number, booking answers or financial records in our website Analytics events. A completed booking in the embedded Discovery Call calendar can send a booking event without those details. A temporary hashed booking reference in your browser helps avoid counting the same confirmation twice in that session. Bookings are reviewed separately to identify tests, invalid enquiries, repeat contacts and qualified leads.
Calendly operates its calendar and provides separate cookie choices. Its Google Analytics integration can also send scheduling events when permitted by its controls. An external Calendly booking may not be attributable to an advertising visit. We distinguish these observations in reporting and do not add overlapping booking events together as separate leads.
Google processes information under its Analytics terms and privacy information and may process it outside the European Economic Area. See the linked Google information about partner-site data use and processing terms. Contact us for the safeguards and provider arrangements relevant to your enquiry. Browser storage periods are explained in our Cookie Policy; Analytics report retention also depends on the property settings. You can withdraw consent at any time, without changing the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Access, sharing and international processing
People responsible for responding to your enquiry and the email or IT providers supporting that communication may handle the information needed for those tasks. Information may also be disclosed where a legal requirement applies or where necessary to obtain professional advice concerning a dispute.
Hosting providers may process technical information outside the European Economic Area. OpenAI describes its international processing and transfer safeguards in its privacy notice. Contact us for information about the providers and transfer arrangements applicable to your correspondence with BriQs.
How long information is kept
We keep enquiry correspondence while handling the enquiry and for any further period needed to document proposals, manage a resulting business relationship or address legal obligations and claims. Relevant criteria include whether an engagement follows, whether the correspondence remains necessary and whether a legal retention requirement applies. Information should be deleted when those purposes no longer require it. The hosting provider explains its own retention practices in its privacy notice.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. If processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Email sanad@briqsgroup.com to make a request; we may need proportionate information to confirm your identity.
You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate, Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, or the relevant supervisory authority where you live or work. This notice will be updated when the website or our handling of enquiries changes.
